Domino 9.0 availability dates

It seems that the wait is over. On Mach 21st Domino 9.0 will be available.
However, the announcement letter doesn't include the availability of national languages. Maybe on April 12nd.
The most controversial aspect in the announcement is that IBM Connections is not entitled with Domino 9.0 despite it is still included in the product page. I don't know if that's just a typo or a last minute change.

All clients with an active entitlement to IBM Domino Collaboration Express now receive access to IBM Domino Designer V9.0.
IBM Tivoli® Directory Integrator and IBM Mobile Connect entitlements have now been updated to the latest release.
IBM WebSphere® Edge Components can now be used with the included entitlement to WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment.
IBM Domino Collaboration Express and IBM Domino Messaging Express entitlements can be used only to access an Domino Express environment.

I hope this means "You still get the Connections entitlements but you can't buy Express licenses to access Domino servers that are not licensed as Express Domino servers."

The announcement letter says the following about IBM Connections:
"Software integrates with IBM Connections 4 through entitlement to the Files and Profiles applications and access through all clients, browsers, and mobile devices."
