A not new, but interesting tool to troubleshoot IBM Notes clients hangs.
From Windows, the user, manually, opens
Start> IBM Applications > Support > Collect IBM Notes diagnostic data and leave Notes running
and this executes the command
C:\Lotus\Notes\nsd.exe -hang
This generates and nsd file that can be sent to IBM Support to diagnose the problem.
This could be automated, but for small deployments this can save a lot of time to administrators.
