Set the following notes.ini variables to collect information necessary for troubleshooting failover issues:

   debuggingwctenabled=1572864
   client_clock=1
   debug_outfile= (Specify a filename and remove the angle brackets)
   debug_clusters=1


Collect the following files to provide to IBM Support:

   cluster.ncf (located in Notes data directory)
   log.nsf
   notes.ini
   file generated by "debug_outfile" notes.ini variable
   Console Log file
   NSD (if a crash occurs)
   NSD -hang & NSD/Javacores (if a hang occurs). Note: The -hang switch, which was implemented in 8.5.2, asks NSD to collect back-to-back native stacts and javacores to help in the diagnosis of client hang situations)
   names.nsf, desktop8.ndk, and bookmark.nsf (these files may not be needed in all cases)
